If you’re having any issues with your hormone health, you’re in the right place. We will cover everything you need to get your cycle back on track, and increase the health and vitality of your entire body!
See the chart below? This is how your hormones *should* look every month! Kinda like a roller coaster, right? And your emotions might feel like a roller coaster! We get it.

From now until when bootcamp starts, you can do 2 simple things to start getting “things” on track.
- If you have a cycle, but have no idea when the date of your last period was, write down the next time it starts, so you can start to track your cycle. To track your entire cycle, you need 1 single date: the date you started your last period. So if you can do it, do it! We’ll talk about this a lot in class!
- Start adding in 2 TBSP of healthy oil per day into your diet. Add oils such as:
- Coconut Oil
- Olive Oil
- Avacodo Oil
- Flax Oil
Be creative and make it happen. Don’t be afraid of the fat! Your hormones need the fat.
