Hi! We are Jennah and Jen
We have used massive amounts of healing techniques over the past 30 years of raising children, and we truly know what works. We can help you know all the “ins and outs” of healthy living, so you can start implementing new practices immediately. We are each mothers of six children, and are fierce advocates for healthy living.
We became friends while home schooling our kids together, and discovered we both loved healing naturally. A few years later we attended a series of health classes that really enhanced he way we thought about health and wellness. Dr. Susie Schultz, DC, introduced us to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), and we learned new principles that really resonated with both of us. As we implemented the principles into our own lives, and dove deeper into learning more, we started writing our own books!
We also dove into creating courses, because we knew that this information could help a lot of people. We have taken complex ideas, and broken them down into a system that is so easy to implement, anyone can do it and benefit from it!
