When we ignore our cyclical nature everything can really feel out of balance. We may feel like Wonder Woman one week, ready to take on the world. Womanhood is a gift. Every single part of it. Quite often as women, we fall into a rut and wonder why we have to be the ones to carry “such burdens”, whatever those burdens might be. We have important roles to fill, each individual to who we are. Our womanhood can become an advantage if we learn to embrace the rhythms and cycles it offers us.
