Explore the gentle yet effective skincare benefits of apple cider vinegar, providing a holistic approach to managing eczema symptoms and promoting healthier, happier skin.

I am excited to share a few things about apple cider vinegar because it can be so helpful in several ways when we’re talking about Eczema.

Before we get into the details about apple cider vinegar I want to let you know that I have a FREE TRAINING about Eczema that I’d love for you to check out.

Healing from the Inside Out

I love to talk healing from the inside out. Apple cider vinegar actually helps heal you from the inside and the outside, so it’s way cool. Apple cider vinegar is amazing in so many ways and I’m just going to share a couple of them right now.

First of all, if you just take a tablespoon in the morning it will jumpstart your digestive process first thing and it will help you digest better all day long. Just a tablespoon. You can dilute it in 8 ounces of water, or you can put a little lemon juice with it if that makes it more palatable for you but this natural kind of apple cider vinegar is really good.

I’ve actually learned how to make my own. When it’s apple season you just can save apple peels and apple cores or whole apples to make your own apple cider vinegar. That will be a whole other post but I’d love to show you how to do that.

In the meantime get some really good raw apple cider vinegar to be taking first thing in the morning. Healing your gut, and anything you can do to increase your digestion, is going to improve your skin, because, believe it or not, eczema is actually a gut issue.

Cleaning from the Inside Out

We also need to clean out all of our organs of elimination! Our digestive system is our biggest form of elimination, there are lots of other pieces to it though. This is just one piece of the puzzle and it’s fascinating. If you’d like to discover another piece of the puzzle, check out this video on your lungs!

Another thing you can do with apple cider vinegar is put it on topically. You can just soak a cloth with some apple cider vinegar and put it directly on the irritated area of the skin and it will help pull toxins out of the skin, and it will soothe it.!

When you have eczema the cells of your epidermis are actually a little bit looser, not as tight together, so it’s easier for toxins and microbes to get down into the layers of your skin. Apple cider vinegar can help pull those out and help soothe the eczema.

Afterwards you could just rinse it with a little bit of water. I would definitely follow it up with a really good lotion. Not a water-based lotion, and not a lotion with lots of chemical ingredients in it. Something very basic, like a body butter which is oil-based. This Lotion Bar is Amazing! Also consider or an aloe-based or milk-based lotion in order to soothe and moisturize the area. Here’s a link to a skin healing balm that is also fantastic.

I love to share these eczema tips with you. Once again I would love for you to join me in my FREE ECZEMA TRAINING.
