Tissue Builder’s main ingredients are comfrey and Dr. Christopher’s B F &C blend which stands for “bones flesh and cartilage. This blend is phenomenal at rebuilding tissue from the inside out! Forget taking a handful of B F&C capsules every day. Tinctures are quicker and easier. This is good for breaks strains and sprains. And really any tissue that needs to be rebuilt. This is a similar recipe to Kyle Christensen’s Healing Syrup.

What are tinctures? Tinctures are herbal medicines made with whole herbs and vodka. Alcohol is the only substance that can pull the awesome medicinal properties out of the herb and into solution. I find this quite preferable to manufactured medication. A couple things to consider: When taking a few squirts of tincture you are taking in about the same amount of “alcohol” as there is a ripe banana. The making of alcohol is a natural phenomenon and in such small medicinal doses not harmful. Also some people will squirt their tincture into hot water to burn off the alcohol before they drink it.
