Are you constantly tired, struggling with insomnia, anxiety, indigestion, or allergies? These could be signs of adrenal fatigue, which often manifests as unexplained fatigue and various related symptoms.
Will this tincture help with adrenal fatigue? We can say with certainty that it will provide crucial nutritional support. Environmental toxins and nutrient-poor diets contribute to adrenal fatigue prevalence. The tincture, combined with lifestyle adjustments, has proven effective for many in boosting adrenal health. There’s no magic pill; it’s about making lifestyle changes.
Adrenals renew in July, so July would be a great time to add adrenal tincture to your vitamin regimen. Also take it anytime you feel overwhelmed with stress. Adrenals are a part of your endocrine system, and work closely with other glands in your body, especially thyroid and pituitary. The 3 together are called the “triple warmer.” Your endocrine system needs healthy fats to function properly.
Additional tips:
- Include plenty of raw, cold pressed olive oil into your diet, aiming for 2 Tbsp per day. Also include 2 Tbsp of sesame seeds per day.
- Adrenal fatigue is closely linked to gut health. Bone broth lays a foundation for gut healing, essential before adding probiotics, which can significantly aid recovery.
- Supplements like magnesium, B vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin D (from sunlight ideally), glandular supplements, omega-3 fatty acids, and melatonin (for sleep) all support adrenal function.

What are tinctures? Tinctures are herbal medicines made with whole herbs and vodka. Alcohol is the only substance that can pull the awesome medicinal properties out of the herb and into solution. I find this quite preferable to manufactured medication. A couple things to consider: When taking a few squirts of tincture you are taking in about the same amount of “alcohol” as there is a ripe banana. The making of alcohol is a natural phenomenon and in such small medicinal doses not harmful. Also some people will squirt their tincture into hot water to burn off the alcohol before they drink it.
