Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 jalapeno, cayenne or habanero peppers
  • Zest and juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 cup ginger root
  • 1/2 cup horseradish root (or organic horseradish powder)
  • 2 Tbsp. organic turmeric powder
  • 2 Tbsp. dried rosemary leaves
  • Organic apple cider vinegar to fill a 2 qt jar
  • 1/4 cup of raw, local honey, or to taste

Directions:
