Brain Vitality supports memory, improves brain circulation, and is an excellent addition to daily health routines. If you’re looking to enhance brain function and memory, consider integrating this tincture into your daily regimen. This helps me “think on my feet” in various situations, and can also stop a headache if taken right at the onset of symptoms.

- The brain renews in June, so June is a great time to take this tincture, along with any time you need a brain boost. The brain is closely linked with your reproductive health, as both need lots of healthy fats to perform at optimal levels.
- Every single nerve cell has a myelin sheath. This is the protective, fatty coating surrounding your nerve fibers. It is similar to the protective insulation around electrical wires. This coating enables the electrical impulses between nerve cells to travel back and forth rapidly.
- To keep this myelin sheath healthy, eat plenty of healthy fats such as coconut oil, avocado oil, olive oil, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, etc. Try to get 2-5 Tbsp of these healthy oils each day, especially if you’re battling a memory disease.
- Jim Kwik, who has studied the brain extensively, gives a list of his top 10 brain foods to include in your diet. Which actually turns into 11, because of the importance of water for brain function:
- Avocados, Blueberries, Broccoli, Coconut Oil, Eggs, Green Leafy Vegetables, Salmon, Turmeric, Walnuts, Dark Chocolate, Water.

What are tinctures? Tinctures are herbal medicines made with whole herbs and vodka. Alcohol is the only substance that can pull the awesome medicinal properties out of the herb and into solution. I find this quite preferable to manufactured medication. A couple things to consider: When taking a few squirts of tincture you are taking in about the same amount of “alcohol” as there is a ripe banana. The making of alcohol is a natural phenomenon and in such small medicinal doses not harmful. Also some people will squirt their tincture into hot water to burn off the alcohol before they drink it.
