The Nerve Vitality tincture is designed to invigorate nerves and solve various nerve-related issues .However, it’s important to avoid taking it close to bedtime to prevent sleep disruption from the caffeine.
It’s particularly effective for:
- Repairing damaged nerves such as those affected by neuropathy, often found in the feet.
- Alleviating ringing in the ears, if it stems from nerve-related causes, which it often does.
- Waking up nerves and helping with sciatic nerve pain.
- Anxiety and panic attacks. We also have a separate tincture specifically for anxiety relief, called Serenity Boost. It’s nice to come at an issue from different angles. Also, which one will work for you depends on your chemistry, and the source of your anxiety.
Other tips for waking up nerves:
- Exercise and stretch often
- Include plenty of Vitamin B12 in your diet
- Mindset. Find out what’s causing you to feel “numb” emotionally in your life, and fix your thinking.

What are tinctures? Tinctures are herbal medicines made with whole herbs and vodka. Alcohol is the only substance that can pull the awesome medicinal properties out of the herb and into solution. I find this quite preferable to manufactured medication. A couple things to consider: When taking a few squirts of tincture you are taking in about the same amount of “alcohol” as there is a ripe banana. The making of alcohol is a natural phenomenon and in such small medicinal doses not harmful. Also some people will squirt their tincture into hot water to burn off the alcohol before they drink it.
